Join sisters Julie Peacock and Sara Beck for a nourishing yoga retreat in the heart of New York’s Shawangunk Mountains. Nearing the end of winter and the start of spring, the maple sap begins to run strong and clear. This vital energy, rising from roots to branches, enlivens the growth of new buds for a new season. We, too, are being animated by fresh energy, and this is the season to listen deeply to all that wants to be opened within us.
With a focus on intentional movement, contemplation, and inner listening, this 3-day experience at the beautiful Groundworks Space will strengthen your relationship with your inner wisdom and intuition. Daily yoga classes, meditation, guided journaling and self-inquiry, yoga nidra, and restorative breathwork will bring fresh energy and support to your body and mind. Connection with other women and the opportunity to sweat in the sauna, restore in the hot tub, take walks in nature, and eat delicious food will help you lay a beautiful foundation for the new season ahead.
Single, double, and triple rooms are available from $1035 - $1350. See the full room list and pricing below.
Early bird: Sign up by January 15th to receive $50 off!
