January 2022 Living Whole & Eating Well - a 21-day wellness program


How are you feeling as you close 2021 and think about 2022?

Are you feeling in good health armed with practices and habits that support and energize you?

Are you feeling calm, integrated, and at home in your body?

Or do none of those questions ring true?

How we feel from day to day impacts everything from how productive we are at work to how settled and happy we are to how we sleep to how present we are for those we care about. Sometimes, we can get a little tangled up in patterns and habits that aren’t so helpful. That’s so very human and normal! Staying there, though, is where things get stickier and more difficult. That’s where community, connection, and tuning in to our own inner wisdom can be so powerful. We can do that through good nourishment, positive movement, and practices that enrich and align us.

This is where the Living Whole & Eating Well- a 21-day Mindfulness-based Wellness Program - comes in.

As some of you know, I've been immersed in a year-long functional medicine health coaching program as well as a Buddhist studies and meditation training. Both programs have deepened my passion and understanding for offering support, education, and helpful tools for living and moving through life in a balanced, thoughtful, and integrated way.

I'm really excited to combine the new knowledge I've gained with the wisdom from all my years of working with food, the body, and our overall wellness to offer you an inspiring experience in January. An experience that will not only enliven and nourish your relationship to your health and well-being but also support you in creating new habits with long-term sustainability. 

This program is about all the things I love to teach and practice.

  • Eating good, nourishing whole foods 

  • Filling your plate with loads of colors to support your health and longevity

  • Creating practices that help you sleep better and feel less stressed out 

  • Prioritizing moving and breathing in intentional ways every single day

All of this can be so transformative, and I know you know that! I plan to personalize the program specifically to the habits you'd like to work on creating and sustaining, while still meeting together as a group to support and cheer each other on.

When: January 10-30, 2022

What: We’re going to spend 3 weeks together as a group looking at how we care for ourselves through food, movement, and self-care. Here are some of the things I hope you’ll take away from our 21 days together:

  • Practice cultivating a positive and mindful experience with food

  • Starting or deepening a rock-solid morning routine

  • Support in balancing the way you nourish yourself all throughout the day

  • New ideas for breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner

  • Reflections on and breaking cycles of eating, sleep, exercise, and time on screens that aren't serving you

  • Methods and accountability in trying out some new habits

  • Aligning your routines and lifestyle to the balanced version of yourself you'd like to embody

This program is for you exactly where you are in your life at this very moment. You might have a routine that’s working pretty well for you but would like support and practice starting a new habit that would move you closer toward your goals. Or you might feel totally overwhelmed or confused with how to nourish yourself and are feeling discouraged in your day-to-day routines. The bar to entry is low, and your level of engagement is absolutely up to you. I look forward to strategizing with each person at the start of the program so that you can get the most out of our 3 weeks together. 

Here’s what the program includes:

  • 3 weeks of accountability and programming - food ideas, a sample meal plan, recipes, and lots of wellness tips and practices

  • Pre-program Zoom group information session - we’ll have a chance to connect as a group, learn about the ins and outs of the program and ask questions.

  • 1 one-on-one 30-minute coaching session with me the week before or within the first week of the program. My goal is to help you identify what feeling good and living well means to you. This will be a time to identify your personal goals and create an action plan around them.

  • Mid-program Zoom meeting - we’ll come together as a group again to hear how it’s going, reaffirm or redefine goals and intentions, and troubleshoot challenges.

  • Closing Zoom meeting - we’ll share ways we’ve been successful and things we learned and want to carry forward beyond the program. 

  • Daily emails to encourage and inspire you

  • 3 live 20-minute meditation classes (recording will also be available) 

  • 3 30-minute yoga classes (pre-recorded)
