Living Well - A 28-day Mindfulness-based Wellness Program where you’ll explore balanced eating, supportive movement, and uplifting wellness practices in community with others
Your health is the most precious asset you have. Prioritizing and committing to your health is the most important thing you’ll ever do. Transformation begins when you take that first step and make a commitment to practice living well whatever that means for you right now at this moment.
How we feel from day to day impacts everything! From how productive we are at work to how settled and happy we are to how we sleep to how present we are for those we care about, feeling well is so important. Sometimes, aspects of feeling well aren’t in our control, but more frequently, many aspects absolutely are. It’s helpful to ask ourselves, “what can we learn more about, and what can we do something about?”
When we start to identify those things and imagine setting new habits in motion, we can often get a little tangled up in old patterns and habits that aren’t so helpful. That’s human and normal - change is hard! Staying there, though, is where things get stickier and more difficult. This is where community, connection, and tuning in to our own inner wisdom can be so powerful.
I'm so excited to offer Living Well in 2023. I’ve combined the knowledge and wisdom from many years of working with food, the body, and overall wellness with group coaching to offer you an inspiring 28-day experience in January. This experience will not only enliven and nourish your relationship to your health and well-being but also support you in creating new habits with long-term sustainability.
This program is all about the things I love to teach and practice.
Eating good, nourishing whole foods & understanding what balanced eating looks like
Filling your plate with loads of colors to support your health and longevity
Finding joy in the way you nourish yourself
Creating practices that help you sleep better and feel less stressed out
Prioritizing moving and breathing in intentional ways every single day
Integrating resting and meditation practices into your life so that your body can restore, refresh, and detox on a regular basis
Connecting with others who are curious about learning more, asking the same questions about what it means to feel well, and are willing to show up and offer support with fresh ideas, humor, and kindness
All of this work is transformative, and I know you know that! I plan to personalize the program specifically to the habits you'd like to work on creating and sustaining, while still meeting together as a group to support and cheer each other on.
When: January 9-Feb 5, 2023
What: We’re going to spend 4 weeks together as a group looking at how we care for ourselves through food, movement, rest, and wellness practices. Here are some of the things I hope you’ll take away from our 28 days together:

A rock-solid morning routine
A clear understanding of what nourishing yourself in a balanced way all throughout the day looks like
New ideas & recipes for breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner
Reflections on and breaking cycles of eating, sleep, exercise, and time on screens that aren't serving you
Freedom from habits around sugar, alcohol, overeating, and overworking
Methods, strategies, and accountability for new habit formation and integration
Alignment of your routines and lifestyle to the balanced version of yourself you'd like to embody
This program is for you exactly where you are in your life at this very moment. Maybe you’ve participated in my programs before and have routines that are working fairly well for you but would like support and practice starting a new habit that would move you closer toward your goals. Or maybe you feel totally overwhelmed or confused with how to nourish yourself and are feeling a bit blah and discouraged in your day-to-day routines. The bar to entry is low, and your level of engagement is absolutely up to you. There is always new knowledge and insight to be gained. I look forward to strategizing with each person so that you can get the most out of our 4 weeks together.
Here’s what the program includes:
4 weeks of accountability and programming - food ideas, a sample meal plan, recipes, and lots of wellness tips and practices
PLUS:
Weekly Zoom Sessions (live & recorded) - Each week, I’ll introduce and teach a new topic that relates to things you’ll be working on over the month. You’ll learn why it matters and how you can incorporate that into your routine. Also, in each session, there will be time to ask questions, reaffirm or redefine goals and intentions, celebrate wins, troubleshoot challenges, and connect as a group
Week 1 (Mon, 1/9/23 @ 5-6:30pm ET) - Introductions & Course Details/ How to start a new habit + Create a balanced plate; How to make each meal work for you
Week 2 (Tues, 1/17 @ 12-1pm ET) - Check-in/ Mindful eating, understanding hunger cues, the science of craving, and how to stop overeating and mindlessly eating
Week 3 (Wed, 1/25 @ 5-6pm ET) - Steady blood sugar balance, why it matters, and how to achieve it + Intermittent Fasting & if it’s for you
Week 4 (Fri, 2/3 @ 2-3pm ET) - Closing party, reflections, takeaways, and a meditation
PLUS:
1 one-on-one 30-minute coaching session with me during the program. My goal is to help you identify what feeling good and living well means to you. This will be a time to identify your personal goals and create an action plan around them.
Daily emails to encourage and inspire you
4 10-minute meditation classes sent to you each Monday
4 20-minute yoga classes sent to you each Wednesday
1 Yoga Nidra class (day/time TBD) with special guest teacher, Sara Beck (read more about this practice of deep rest here)
