I'm excited to offer this new small-group format wellness course, "The Living Well Collective."
In this inaugural Living Well Collective course, we will gather for four weekly 75-minute sessions of learning, discussion, practice, and support to investigate what "health as a practice" means. We'll dive into different wellness topics each week, fostering a community to connect with, specific strategies to help build new habits, and a deeper understanding of what it means to live fully, eat well, and thrive.
This will be the first in a series of month-long small-group wellness courses. As I’ve coached groups through various food and wellness programs over the years, I repeatedly see immeasurable value in the group dynamic. Often, people are meeting for the first time but they come together with similar goals and their own set of personal and relatable circumstances. Ultimately, connections are made and support is offered not only by me as the coach/ teacher but by the other participants. The learning is in the reservoir of collective knowledge, curiosity, and experience each brings making the content more interesting and applicable.
