Calling all ladies! Renew yourself with a weekend of yoga, meditation, vegetarian and seasonal farm-to-table food, nature, connection, and restorative practices. Deep in the heart of the Catskill Mountains and away from distractions, my sister Sara Beck (yoga teacher and owner of Catskills Yoga House, mama, published author, and all-around amazing being) and I invite you to shed the weight of winter and align yourself with the light, uplifting rhythms of Spring.

Early bird prices start at $520. If you live in the area, we are also offering a few commuter spots for $300/ weekend (includes yoga, activities, and meals)

INCLUDED:

  • 2 nights of lodging in the heart of the gorgeous Catskills 2 ½ hours away from the city

  • 4 yoga classes - 3 vigorous and energizing  vinyasa classes + 1 yin/ restorative class

  • Meditation Hike

  • Opening and closing circles

  • Yoga Nidra

  • Intention setting

  • All meals are vegetarian with local, seasonal provisions where possible

NOT INCLUDED:

  • Travel (You could carpool with another retreater or check out Trailways, a bus service from Port Authority to Phoenicia. Trips are around $38 and 2 1/2 hours.

  • Alcohol

  • Any expenses you might incur during your free time - massage (available upon request) or other excursions

Friday, May 1

4-5:30: Check-in & settle in

6-7:15: Open over your travel-weary body with a vigorous yoga class

7:30-8:15: Dinner

8:30-10: Opening Circle & Intention Setting

Saturday, May 2

7-9: Open Breakfast, coffee, tea

9:30-11:30: Yoga class

12-1: Lunch

1-4: Free time - options include a led meditation hike, lounging around the house or outside, reading, napping, taking a walk, booking a massage, etc.

4:30-6:30: Restorative & Yin Yoga + Meditation/ Yoga Nidra

7:30-8:30: Dinner

8:30-9:30: Camp Fire & Moon Gazing or Chilling with games in the cozy living room

Sunday, May 3

7-8:30: Self Serve Breakfast, coffee, tea

8:30-11:00: Yoga class & closing circle

11:30-12:30: Lunch

1:00: Check out

ACCOMMODATIONS

The Breathe Inn is a gorgeous modern Victorian country house located on 20 acres of beautiful property with seven guest rooms, various lounging areas, a lovely kitchen, fire pit, outdoor patio and plenty of space to spread out in. Located just outside of Phoenicia, NY (2 1⁄2 hours from the city).

The rates below are listed per person. Please note the prices listed in bold are early bird rates. Reserve and pay in full by March 15th to take advantage!


SECOND FLOOR (2 bedrooms with in-room baths and 2 bedrooms that share a hall bathroom

1. Master Bedroom:  King bed, private bath, two terraces, sofa.  Option for an air mattress. Up to three people.

Single:  $1220/ $1100 a room as big as an NYC studio

Double:  $745/ $670 shared bed or alone on an air mattress

Triple:  $595/ $535- shared bed plus air mattress

2. Orange Stripe Room: King Bed, Private bath

3. Yellow Stripe Room:  Queen bed, shared bath in the hall (2 rooms share this bathroom)
