GROUP COACHING PROGRAMS

FALL RESET: a 10-day wellness program

This short, effective, and supportive program is a positive step towards nurturing your body, steadying your blood sugar, balancing your hormones, calming your nervous system, and rediscovering your sense of well-being. Not only will you feel better, but this program will also teach you how to tune into your own inner wisdom and better understand what foods and habits work best for you going forward.

When: November 3-12, 2025

Join the group or do it at a time that works for you***

What:

  • A 10-day commitment to practice movement and breath work daily, and eat a whole-foods diet rich in vegetables, beans and legumes, healthy fats, and sustainable protein, while eliminating processed foods, simple and quick carbohydrates, alcohol, dairy, gluten, sugar, corn, excessive caffeine, and refined oils.

Included:

  • Pre-Program Prep: The Friday before the start date, you’ll receive access to the program details and some preliminary homework.

  • Recipes: A manual on how to prepare for the 10 days, daily protocols, recipes, a meal plan, and strategies to make the most of the program.

  • Short Daily Emails: Daily emails with encouragement, education, journal prompts, reflections, and overall support.

  • 1 Yoga & Meditation class -  Offered on 11/7 9-10:15 am ET/ the recording will also be available. Come in person if you’re in NYC.

  • 1 20-minute meditation & breath-work class - recorded 

  • Live Coaching: A 20-minute coaching session with me (Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Functional Medicine Health Coach) - sign up HERE to schedule a session between November 4-13.

  • Support: Direct email & text messaging with me during the 10 days for real-time support

  • Online Group Support: 2 group Zoom gatherings to open and close the program & to connect as a group. Mark your calendars for Sunday, November 2 @ 5 pm ET & Wednesday, 11/12 @ 5 pm ET (these sessions will be recorded).

  • Community: Being part of a group is an important and necessary resource and offers much-needed support and accountability. You’ll be invited to a private WhatsApp group and are encouraged to check in for inspiration, share stories, and connect with the group.

$225 / $200 if you register before October 18th

***If you would like to do this program outside of November 3-12, 2025, sign up to receive the DIY version of the program. Please note that although this version excludes the Short Daily Emails, Live Coaching, Online Group Support, and Community, you can still reach out to me to let me know when you’re completing the program or set up an optional one-on-one session with me. I’d love to support you throughout that time. Cost is $125.
