FALL RESET: a 10-day anti-inflammatory program

This short and effective anti-inflammatory program is a great first step towards nurturing your body and getting a taste of feeling well in your skin again.

November 1-10, 2023

Join the group or do it at a time that works for you***

What:

  • Eat an anti-inflammatory diet rich in vegetables and fruits, whole foods, healthy fats, and sustainable protein while eliminating alcohol, dairy, gluten, sugar, corn, soy, eggs, processed foods, excessive caffeine, and refined oils.

  • Practice stress-reducing movement and activities that will help soothe inflammation.

Included :

  • Pre-Program Prep: The weekend before the start date, you’ll receive access to the program details and some preliminary homework

  • Recipes: A manual on how to prepare for the 10 days, daily protocols, recipes, a meal plan, and strategies to make the most of the program

  • Short Daily Emails: Daily emails with encouragement, education, journal prompts, reflections, and overall support

  • 2 Yoga & Meditation classes - Offered on 11/3 and 11/10 9-10:15 am ET/ the recording will also be available

  • Live Coaching: A 20-minute coaching session with me (Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Functional Medicine Health Coach) - sign up HERE to schedule a session during the weeks of November 6-10 or 13-17

  • Support: Direct email & text messaging with me during the 10 days for real-time support

  • Online Group Support: 2 group Zoom gatherings to open and close the program & to connect as a group. Mark your calendars for Monday, 10/30 @ 5pm ET & Thursday, 11/9 @ 5pm ET (these sessions will be recorded)

  • Community: Being part of a group is an amazing resource and offers much-needed support and accountability You’ll be invited to a private WhatsApp group and are encouraged to check in for inspiration, share stories, and connect with the group

LIVING WELL: a 21-day mindfulness-based wellness program

Start your new year with intention, wellness, and connection! Explore balanced eating, supportive movement, and uplifting wellness practices in community with others & receive lots of coaching along the way. This three-week experience inspires you to reflect on patterns that are no longer serving you and to engage with and take action on new practices that do. Done with the accountability and support of a wonderful group, you’ll learn and grow in unexpected and delightful ways. Join us!

January 9-29, 2024

  • Eat a balanced diet rich in vegetables and fruits, whole grains, healthy fats, and sustainable protein while eliminating or examining your relationship with alcohol, sugar, processed foods, and caffeine. (Optional to take a break from dairy, gluten, corn, and soy depending on your program goals.)

  • Practice invigorating, stress-reducing movement and activities that will support good energy, skin, digestion, detoxification, sleep, hormone balance, and overall well-being .

  • Learn daily breathing practices to support your nervous system and contribute to a healthy stress response.

  • Choose 3 new habits you’ll commit to implementing in these 21 days.

Included :

  • Pre-Program Prep: The Friday before the start date, you’ll receive access to the program details and some preliminary homework

  • Recipes: A manual on how to prepare and set yourself up for the 21 days, daily protocols, recipes, a meal plan template, and strategies to make the most of the program

  • Monday/ Wednesday/ Friday Emails: Emails with encouragement, education, journal prompts, reflections, and overall support

  • 3 Yoga & Meditation classes - Offered live on 1/12, 1/19, and 1/26 am ET/ recordings will also be available

  • Live Coaching: a 30-minute coaching session with me (Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Functional Medicine Health Coach) - sign up HERE to schedule your session
