In this program, you will:

  • Learn which foods your body loves (and doesn't love so much)

  • Eat well for robust metabolic health and longevity while still enjoying delicious food along the way

  • Increase your energy with nourishing food, enough sleep, and tools to reduce chronic stress

  • Overcome your afternoon slump and intense cravings

  • Learn to move smarter (not harder) each day by doing exercise you love 

This is NOT fast, overnight work. It’s deliberate, thoughtful & intentional work. It’s work that will not only impact you but those around you, too. 

The beauty of a program like this is that you won’t be alone. Having your own coach for 3-6 months or longer means that you’ll have access to support, accountability, connection, and someone who is present for you all throughout your process.

Here’s how we’ll spend our time together:

Phase 1 - Address Inflammation

  • Establish your foundation by tuning into your body, understanding your mindset, values, and strengths, and clarifying your goals/ Look at lab work together.

  • Identify food sensitivities, prep your pantry, learn how to meal prep, and kick habits and cravings that aren’t serving you.

  • Develop or recommit to a movement routine that brings you joy and replenishment and reduces stress.

  • Track your progress.

Phase 2 - Digestion Deep-Dive

  • Eat to support your digestion, identify where to make adjustments, and get clear on the belly-brain connection.

  • Develop your specific nutrition blueprint with nourishing food and supportive supplements - remember, you are unique and what works for you might not work for someone else, and vice-versa.

  • Add strength and resistance training to your movement routine.

  • Assess goals and review how it’s all going. We’ll make adjustments along the way.


Phase 3 - Hormone Intelligence

  • Learn about the most commonly misunderstood hormones that affect EVERYONE.

  • Calm hormone chaos by understanding your cycle and how every aspect of life influences hormone health.

  • Look closely at stress, sleep, and your overall toxic load.

  • Restore your body’s natural blueprint for well-being.

  • Continue developing a movement practice that supports you and add in breathing and meditation.

BONUS SESSION

  • Develop strategies to create lasting habits that help you maintain results (or help find your way back to your path if you’ve strayed too far for comfort and vitality).

  • Set boundaries and build your new lifestyle structure into your routine so that your success extends long beyond our work together.
